Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jilbay account. Duplicate accounts may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure. Your account is personal and non-transferable — sharing credentials or allowing others to play on your account is prohibited.

Attempting to abuse bonus programs — including through multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and jilbay ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the jilbay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jilbay platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
2.1 By accessing or using the jilbay Platform in any manner — including but not limited to registering an Account, browsing the Platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you conclusively agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with jilbay's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and jilbay.
2.3 jilbay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. The jilbay Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
jilbay operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any Account found to be held by a player under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method. jilbay reserves the right to report violations to the relevant Philippine authorities.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jilbay Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk. jilbay makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who are legally incapacitated, mentally incompetent, or otherwise legally prohibited from entering into contracts may not use the Platform.
3.4 Professional Prohibition. Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of jilbay and its affiliated companies are prohibited from creating Player Accounts or participating in real-money gaming on the Platform.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all related Balances.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must promptly update your Account information whenever it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jilbay's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jilbay will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Your Account and any funds therein are personal to you and are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4.5 Account Currency. jilbay Accounts operate in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where deposits are made in a foreign currency or digital asset, jilbay will convert the amount to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
5.1 jilbay is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its obligations under PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine anti-money-laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
5.2 Acceptable identification documents for KYC verification include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Social Security System (SSS) card, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) card, and the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) National ID.
5.3 jilbay reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of address, source of funds documentation, or enhanced due diligence materials, particularly for Players making large transactions or where jilbay has reason to conduct enhanced screening.
5.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or failure to provide requested documentation, may result in withdrawal suspension and ultimately in Account closure, subject to applicable legal requirements regarding fund return.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilbay accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. jilbay reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100.00), unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
6.3 Player-Owned Payment Methods. You may only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. jilbay reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment account not registered in the Player's name.
6.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business hour. Processing times may vary due to third-party payment provider conditions, network congestion, or force majeure events.
6.5 Anti-Money-Laundering. jilbay is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored. jilbay reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.
jilbay only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to deposit funds into your Account, violates these Terms and may constitute a violation of Philippine anti-money-laundering legislation.
7.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso Two Hundred (₱200.00). Maximum withdrawal limits are subject to your account verification level and may vary by payment method. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to ₱100,000 per day via GCash or Maya. Higher limits may be available to VIP tier players.
7.2 KYC Requirement. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. jilbay will not release funds to unverified Accounts.
7.3 Same-Method Requirement. Withdrawals will, where reasonably practicable, be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, jilbay may process the withdrawal via an alternative method at its discretion.
7.4 Processing Timeframes. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified Accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business hour. jilbay reserves up to twenty-four (24) hours to process any withdrawal during periods of high volume or for compliance review.
7.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only amounts that have met the applicable Wagering Requirement are eligible for withdrawal. Where a Player requests withdrawal of an amount that includes Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement, jilbay reserves the right to remove the Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings from the withdrawal amount.
8.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by jilbay are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
8.2 General Bonus Rules.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular, fraudulent, or abusive play patterns — including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts, exploiting technical errors, placing offsetting bets to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
8.4 Final Authority. jilbay's determination regarding whether a Player's conduct constitutes bonus abuse shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 17.
9.1 Each game available on the jilbay Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accept the rules of that game.
9.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on the jilbay Platform use independently certified RNG systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are real and based on certified game specifications provided by licensed game providers.
9.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, jilbay reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Any winnings arising from a documented technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
9.4 Incomplete Games. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, jilbay will use its best reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets will be returned.
9.5 Collusion and Cheating. Any form of collusion, use of software bots, artificial intelligence, or unauthorized automation tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the jilbay Platform:
A violation of any of the prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
11.1 jilbay is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we are dedicated to providing tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.
11.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all jilbay Players free of charge through their Account settings:
11.3 PAGCOR Self-Exclusion Registry. jilbay participates in the PAGCOR-mandated national self-exclusion registry. Players who register for self-exclusion through any PAGCOR-licensed channel will be excluded from the jilbay Platform accordingly. jilbay will block access to any Account identified as belonging to a player on the national self-exclusion registry.
11.4 If you are concerned about your gaming behavior or that of someone you know, jilbay encourages you to seek assistance from qualified support organizations operating in the Philippines.
12.1 Company-Initiated Closure. jilbay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a Player has violated these Terms; (b) jilbay has reason to believe fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred; (c) required for regulatory compliance; or (d) the safety of the Platform or other Players requires it.
12.2 Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a Player's violation of these Terms, any Balances in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited to jilbay. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player fault, any real money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to KYC verification and anti-money-laundering obligations.
12.3 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting jilbay's customer support team. Any real money Balance will be returned following successful KYC verification and completion of any pending bonus wagering requirements.
12.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. jilbay reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee from dormant Account balances in accordance with the rates published on the Platform at the time the account becomes dormant.
13.1 All content on the jilbay Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, trademarks, logos, audio, video, text, and the compilation thereof — is owned by or licensed to jilbay and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
13.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without jilbay's express prior written consent.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilbay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
14.2 jilbay's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 jilbay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jilbay's liability for death, personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
15.1 jilbay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the jilbay Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15.2 jilbay complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as enforced by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
15.3 jilbay will share personal data with regulatory bodies including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law, and with KYC/AML service providers necessary for compliance operations.
16.1 jilbay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or via in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
16.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at jilbay.vip/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
17.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the jilbay Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jilbay's customer support team. jilbay will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.
17.3 Formal Dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jilbay Players who are consumers may also escalate disputes to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player complaint procedures.
17.4 Regulatory Complaints. Players who wish to escalate a complaint to the regulator may do so through PAGCOR's official complaints process. jilbay will cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry.
